The Grimson Lab is committed to promoting a sense of belonging, and therefore welcomes all regardless of physical ability designation, gender, sexual orientation, age, race/ethnicity, religion, cultural background, or socioeconomic status. As a group of scientists with a diverse set of backgrounds, we are united in our mission to speak out against racism and intolerance both within academia and in society. We are dedicated to understanding and challenging our own unconscious biases, and to educating ourselves about the challenges that other individuals may face in order to nurture an inclusive workplace.
